Official Rules – Pride Electrical Solutions Gun Safe Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Pride Electrical Solutions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

Open only to residents within our service area who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on March 21st 2025 and ends on May 26th 2025 at 2:00PM CST. Entries submitted after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Like and follow Pride Electrical Solutions on Facebook.

• Like and share the giveaway post.

• Visit  www.prideelectricalsolutions.com and complete the entry form.

Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Cannon 64 Long Gun 21.6 cu. ft. Electronic Lock Gun Safe. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize. 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on May 26th, 2025. The winner will be notified via email or direct message on social media. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

The winner must pick up the gun safe from a location in Paris, Texas. Delivery is not included. The winner is responsible for transporting the safe safely and legally.

8. Legal Compliance & Disclaimers

• Firearm Safety & Legal Responsibility: This giveaway does not include any firearms. The winner is solely responsible for the legal and safe use of the gun safe.

• Taxes & Liability: Any taxes, fees, or additional costs related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss associated with the prize.

• Right to Cancel or Modify: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

9. Release & Consent

By entering, participants grant Pride Electrical Solutions the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Participants also release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims related to participation or prize acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
